I never seen people get so defensive about their mad skrills with a controller. And the worst part? "its only the beta". It's great this game is lacking the 12 year old community COD fosters whose only come back to someone questioning their skill is your mom jokes and mentionings of putting mouth to phallus. Im all for a good bowl of orville, but it makes me question some people prioritys when they're writing essays explaing how X corp is better than Y corp which could rival a dissertation. Put the controller down guys. It's spring, there is sunshine out there.

A matchmaking fix would be fine with me right now. It's terrible being pitted against 2 or 3 squads when your running solo and nobody will even attempt to coordinate with you over team chat. Sometimes its the same even with a squad, just a entire team full of Proto gear that im no where close to getting or can even kill unless I 1 shot them with my forge. |

Sounds about right. DUST is enough of an RPG that with a bit of intelligence, fitting logic and skill planning, you can use the numbers to make up for average play. Count me as one of 'em. I'll try to steer this back to something relevant. The Rpg aspect is great, I like it. I know pubstomps are inevitable, but every other game is terrible even when its in my favor. Then the ego stroking that happens afterwards like something was actually accomplished. |
