Teamwork is a tanks cryptonite. Even with all that armor and shields when I had 5 guys shooting at me with swarm launchers and a few with a/v grenades. There wasn't shyt I could do. I tell you this (although I shouldn't) so that you are not misconceived and get on here and complain about tanks. Your probably just venting, however your mad at the wrong thing.

And I actually have a thread about this , there I explain by without having to pay a penny at all , how to wipe out a million ISK tank by getting half the team to go nuts (lol nublets)

I constantly have to keep my distance or ill get insta poped by a ton of av grenades. Ive had to change my playstyle i now have to play defensive. The new rushing in a tank is changing your view to see the enemy xD. Trust me its a hard knock life for us No really though the av is very strong with damage mods its slightly too strong. If your have a problem its a skill level problem (not in game skills)

Best thing about driving a tank, half the enemy team goes AV and focus so much on killing my tank they forget to actually win the game.

Plus the fact that I spend more time running away and trying avoid AV that some games I hardly end up even killing 4-5 people with my tank (and it is a decent tank). You probably spend so much time running AV against the tank he can't fight you so then the infantry sweeps you so that guy you see with 22/1 might not even be the tank driver, it might be some infantry guy killing all the people running AV. I used to have 10 tanks in reserve and now I have 4, that's a 3 million isk lose for me. So yes, AV is effective.

We're not all "LOLOL TANK". We can run on the ground too.

Its not the tank that's the problem its the idiots trying to kill it. CCP should add a proper tutorial on how to do things in this game.

If its an armour tank I switch to av grenades and lob like a maniac. Bottom line is tanks aren't op they fill a niche and are very situational taking a tank in a small confined area with places for people to setup an ambush is a very expensive suicide. Tanks are ment to be high risk high reward potential for huge kills but also potential for a huge bill at the end of a match.

Missiles are good at fighting armor, installations and rdv's. Outside of that they are worthless. Kinda why I called shield tanks a one trick pony...
