Actually, I have practically zero skills on dropsuits and I still run on the ground, and do just fine.

if you have ever used a well fitted tank in dust you would know it's not easy, with current vehicle controls it handles like a Russian T-34 and is made out of glass, The tiniest poke form a skilled forge gunner or a skilled AV team and your a goner, but idiots like you and your comrades who run up to me and shoot my with your shot gun or AR or even sniper rifle don't get me started on the idiots who throw Locus grenades at me, the only thing you are doing is drawing attention to your self.
Honestly common sense would imply that: shooting at a tank with an assault rifle will be extremely INEFFECTIVE
yet,...red dots always do it? are they lacking common sense? or do they think there AR will actually hurt the tank?
Its not the tank that's the problem its the idiots trying to kill it.
CCP should add a proper tutorial on how to do things in this game. |

I have mate, and they are worthless, that's why they use them.
This so called FPS caters to the useless and worthless with its dumb design. Hence the ever declining playerbase slowly but surely inching towards total failure.

Shield tank meeting flux grenades creates quite a bit of panic lol.
If its an armour tank I switch to av grenades and lob like a maniac.
Bottom line is tanks aren't op they fill a niche and are very situational taking a tank in a small confined area with places for people to setup an ambush is a very expensive suicide. Tanks are ment to be high risk high reward potential for huge kills but also potential for a huge bill at the end of a match. |

I remember in the corp match we had 1/2 your team was pined down inside B on biomass in heavy suits and the only kind of AV that was comin at me was freakin flux grenades try something that damages armor aswell as shields and you might have more luck. ok since your skilled into heavies and you want me outside a tank (which I am skilled into) hows about you put on an assault suit and then I'I kill you in my militia AR assault suit. fair yes? oh wait your in warriors nvm you don't know what fair is :D |

I still think shields need a buff when it comes to tank battles. I have to be very sneaky to take a well fit armor tank. Don't get me started on collision damage.... shield tanks: good against infantry, horrible against tanks ( unless you use rails and thats not my style). in this build they are a one trick pony.

missiles. since u want to kill armor tanks so badly without rails in a shield tank. Thts probably the best way to go. ;-).

Missiles are good at fighting armor, installations and rdv's. Outside of that they are worthless. Kinda why I called shield tanks a one trick pony... |
