Hey Guys, I started the topic, and when I post them it redirected me to a 404 page, and then there where those two topics with no OP.
So I made this topic because I could not find any other topic like this. I wanted to get into an exchange for small useful hints like if you switch to sidearms you can sprint faster and holding grenades for a short time to surprise your enemy, which should be general knowledge from other fps.
I'm just talking about small hints not about big strategies.
And sorry for the mess :D |

I would like some small useful hints! I'm sure this is explained somewhere, but since you kindly opened a thread, how do I revive team mates? What do I need? How do I do it? And would it be better, since I'm not a logi, to not do it at all? |

Nano injectors, hit R2 to bring up the equipment wheel, select run over to the guy with the revive symbol over them and hit R2, it's as simple as that. Be warned though the game messes up a bit and you won't get the prompt to revive when you stand over a body, if that happens just run around the area a bit until the prompt appears, it's the game messing up so don't worry about it. Also only carry a nano injector if you're going to use it, there's few things more frustrating then seeing "triage unit in your vicinity" and having no one pick you up. And yes us logi's are always grateful to assaults who carry NI's cause when we go down there's normally no one to pick us up. oh and one last thing, be prepared to get extremely annoyed as random bluedots just hit O to respawn just as you're about to revive them. |

You have been very helpful to this noob today! I have been frustrated with the "triage unit in your vicinity" as well. There I am, face down again and nobody cares.
I'll get some injectors and try it out. |

I'll get some injectors and try it out. It's not always a case that no one cares, sometimes it's just downright suicidal to try and revive the bluedots, if you ever play logi, the golden rule is " a dead logi is a useless logi" |

I know. I don't generally wait to be revived if there are bullets flying everywhere and all I can see before me is red. I know I'm just going to get killed the minute someone revives me. I might hold on for a second, see how things turn out.
An additional question here, if I may. How is it different when someone simply waits on the ground against someone requesting help? I don't usually request help, I just lay there cursing my non-existent skills at this game.

As a logi I will always go for the guy hitting the help button who I know will hang around long enough for me to revive him, the guy just laying there however may just respawn when i reach him. It really is just a way of saying "I want to be revived" |

Quick refill - If you're really really low on ammo, or out, and don't have time to stand at supply depot while it refills gradually....press circle at the depot and select the same suit you have equipped. You'll instantly be refilled.
Supply depot medic - Don't have a armor repper, or a logi to rep your armor? Take the same steps as stated w/ the quick refill, but select another fit, then go back and select your original fit. Your armor will be repped. |
