It's the least dictatorial organization I've been part of. Personally I don't want to work that hard and I'm glad he does. I knew that I found a worthy home when I joined up and found a copy of my Dropship Flight school post on the site. A member had made the copy and Jaw told him to be sure to attribute the post to the original author (me). This was all before I put in my application, so I knew he had integrity. He has confirmed my initial assessment many times after that. Tritan is a meritocracy. Prove yourself capable and you can go far. There is no cronyism. But you aren't going to get anything by demanding it and apparently that's what's got VK so upset. Most importantly for me, Jaw and our leadership recognize this is a game and we play for fun. We aren't looking for a second job (though the SP grind feels like it now), and we don't want to be forced to listen to a bunch of drama from ego driven personalities who measure their entire self worth by their standing in a beta FPS. Setbacks are dealt with in a business like manner without raging, histrionics, or a blame game. I can't stress enough how refreshing that point is. We all strive to be the best and don't blame each other when things don't go our way. We just work together to improve. That's why I call Tritan home.

It's what makes us who we are, and what builds our brand. Seeking retribution, or war-dec'ing those who are somehow tied, would be counter-intuitive of a forward thinking and forward moving corporation. It would also be counter-productive, in that as the game is not even released yet, we need to continue to adapt and evolve as the game does. Our energies would be best spent internally. I apologize to the trolls and readers of this thread and MRA that they will not get the excitement that is corp-drama and drama-fuelled wars. It is what it is. I'm sure this is not the last we've heard of Tritan as it's been around quite a while now. What is uncertain is if CEOs will take this as a lesson learned or if this inspires more Directors to do the same as it is pretty easy to do with little consequence.

Then someone else form a Corp, and hand over reigns once Jaww is fixed. There's something seriously off about the failure to regroup here. FFS did nobody learn from BoB?
