Looks to me History was made with the first hostile take over by a rouge director. If so this is only a taste of what is to come in the future. It is confirmed Tritan Industries has been vanquished. I have killed Tritan with one fell swoop and have taken upwards of 500m isk from the corp coffers in dust and eve. There has been a recent fall out with the leadership under jaww cloud the once famed dust member who got a spot light for "leading" a promising corp. However that early fame went to his puny little head and he thought he could now take an easy street where hard work was warranted. The CEO was ineffective at leading and had not lifted a finger to help his own corp and shouldered all the hard work on his directors. A dictator hiding behind the virtues of democracy disregarding everything the board ever did and telling them to do what he wishes.

This is why i did what i did, to deliver a coup de grace to its members in hopes that they find greener pastures. To all the mercs my best wishes to you and may you find luck where ever it is you go.

Just posting to see if I'm still in... Not sure what happened yet, but if we do have a rogue director, they jumped the gun on the takeover. We currently have very little worth stealing, only access to either Dust or Eve wallets, can always add everyone back, and a CEO who still holds all shares and can just kick and ban them. A smart hostile takeover would have bided their time until they could actually harm us. Or maybe it's just the next of CCP's game glitches.

Tritan industries are the people who have been here forever, since the beginning, before dust before everything we are then just a squabbling "dust corp" like so many groups on here are, when we're in a pub match we win top of the leader boards every time.
