That was cute, sort of like the bounty placed on Maple a few weeks ago or the 100m 1v8 challenge that went nowhere.
People are trying to make grand gestures early in the game to make a name for themselves, but nothing has actually worked out the way they envisioned it would.
The bounty fell apart when it became evident how impractical it was, and the 1v8 challenge fell apart when the conditions were examined. This attempt to bust a corp was also short sighted and poorly executed.
The in game mechanism was toyed with by kicking our members, but he failed to break us up because we have another stronger organization mechanism in our corp website. Beyond that he stole some petty cash.
It was the real world equivalent of someone who you thought was your friend rifling your wallet for $20 and deleting the address book from your phone. To repair the damage you have to hit the ATM for another $20 and reload the address book from your computer. While that's annoying its not the end of the world. In fact you count yourself lucky to have learned this cheaply that person isn't your friend and you are better off without them. |

Indeed, we were attempting to do a training battle within the corp and somehow when our training corp accepted the battle we saw we had you guys lol..

Tritan industries are the people who have been here forever, since the beginning, before dust before everything we are then just a squabbling "dust corp" like so many groups on here are, when we're in a pub match we win top of the leader boards every time.

OP, you splooged too soon. How unfortunate, what could have been epic has become trivial.
Someday, in some system, there's going to be a sov battle that will see trillions of ISK in losses above and on the ground. Fighting will rage on for weeks, on a scale not truly imagined by any of us at this point. The Nullsec alliances going to war will be tapping the DUST playerbase dry for the best combat corps they can buy, bribe or extort to fight for their side. Corps will be paid in dollars/euros/whiskey/hookers.
The war will be written up in Forbes, The Economist, the Guardian, the eyes of the entire gaming world will be on us, filled with awe and envy.
That's when you pull the pin.
