Since I regularly loose massive quantities of dropsuits and equipment getting my butt kicked by the best Corps in the game in Corp battles for no Skill Points, War Points, or Isk reward, the idea of going AFK in a Pub match where I might be able to accomplish something is completely foreign to me. Perhaps if you are not enjoying the game right now you should take a break and come back in six months when it offers more variety and content.

So exploiters are still here and they only have a small inconvenience now they can only exploit x ammount per week instead of unlimited sp.

So we now get afk sp grinders


CCP try to stop this by having an inactive timer.

They will find away to expoit the inactivity timer, ie press a button every few mins, run at a wall etc.



CCP please fix issue, no business ever suceeded by creating work arounds, fix the issue and ban exploiters simple quick and effective. Leave the potential to exploit until you can fix it properyly. Just make it clear anyone abusing will be banned.


CCP have annoyed the player base with the CAP, they annoyed the player base with the afk farming, and this will continue.

Thats because the game has become less enjoyable. Call it beta burnout. Call it anything you want to. People like me have been playing this game for over a year. I bet most of the people in this game dont even know about the PS3 hard freeze issues. People have actually lost PS3s beta testing this game.

If you stay away a day or in this case a week you get behind. As a competitive gamer I cant afford that. AFK farming is the next best thing when the game is not fun anymore.

Let's see so what I gathered in this elitist crybaby thread is:

1. I'm butthurt because I should be rewarded more than the average joe or pubby because I get more WP's therefore I should get way more SP.

2. I'm butthurt because I got killed in the face by a pubby in my pimp gear, so why bother fighting if I can stand in the MMC and get good SP than the poor pubby that is actually trying to play the game.

3. Im butthurt because if I queue solo without my buds I might get shot in the face and look bad to this community of 14 year olds that idolize me. I can stand in the MMC all match long and safe face by creating threads to redirect the real issue at hand.

I'm enjoying the game, i'm probably mediocre at best ...I win some I lose some. The one thing that I can't take is losing a Skirmish when I have 7 or 8 on my team pretending to snipe AFK or hanging out in the MMC. Just play the damn game people, and have some fun.

The sad thing is...you guys (The top corps in game) are very skilled, and do have a large following of players that look up to you. When you AFK in games and post this crap here then others follow. The AFKing is at an all time high in the last week since I've been playing. It's so bad that I simply queue Ambush and have fun there.
