Prehaps a Performance based salvage, isk and SP might work

AFK farming is the result of CCP tying time spent in matches to SP rewards rather than SP rewards being performance based.

In truth they would easily eliminate AFK farming by switching their SP rewards around. 1 SP per second in game and 5 SP per WP in game. This would mean good players would max out faster and then stop paying pub matches and play more corp battles. Also I think they need to stop randomizing the salvage and make the salvage related to the number of warpoints.

IE WP of 0-500 no salvage at all, 500-1000 some salvage of the lower end items like adv nades, 1000-1500 adv suits and other adv lvl weaponry, 1500-2000 proto suits and weaponry, 2000-2500 high lvl vehicles and possible officer weaponry. Not to say what exactly you would get but those are the possibilites so you cant do really badly and end up with a tank or 2.

sorry just no. no justification for AFK farming. oh great! now we will have 50% of games where only 4 guys play while the other 80% sit in the MCC farming. isnt actually playing better? i bet the op talks crap abt redline snipers too. atleast they play!! kind of.

I do it in the MCC, doesnt matter if it blows up doesnt cost you a life because the game has ended before your death registers.

I just literally can't understand how your attitude could be conducive to actually enjoying the game.

Since I regularly loose massive quantities of dropsuits and equipment getting my butt kicked by the best Corps in the game in Corp battles for no Skill Points, War Points, or Isk reward, the idea of going AFK in a Pub match where I might be able to accomplish something is completely foreign to me. Perhaps if you are not enjoying the game right now you should take a break and come back in six months when it offers more variety and content.

c. How can I learn to "roll" with them if you're hanging out AFK in the MMC. See my comment above.
SA: You hang out with them in the MCC and see how much ISK and Salvage you get in the end. The you squad up with them and do the same thing every game
