I found one in the Gallente MQ, it's next to the couch on the right side if you are looking from the Battle Finder terminal.

This is the best cause you could come up with? Walking in stations? Let's neglect lag, glitches, bugs, battle dynamics, map generation, rendering, controls, graphics, functional trading, expanded battles....
But you said "let us walk somewhere instead"...this "promenade" needs to die for five months. |

It's funny how you have so many likes and yet so many people have posted on this thread that obviously support it. No it wont be going away any time soon. The best I could come up with? This only one of the things that I'm doing. Also their all successful. The promenade is the way of the future. I realize it's difficult for you to understand why. When my thread becomes a reality I'll show you how and why this is beneficial for many people |

Yep having bars and private meeting rooms, for corp meets, would be great and it would significantly increase the socialisation within the game. This would increase the squad, team, and corp's ability to plan. It would also introduce politics into the game I.e power play's and idealism, or lack thereof, into the corp making it stronger or breaking it up.
Finally I would love to see an actual marketplace/bazaar where you could buy your equipment, see racks of guns, tanks, dropships etc sold by NPCs, Eve Players, and other Mercs allowing you to try before you buy. At which point this being Eve you Find out you have been cheated by said vendor and go back amd shoot them. This could be accessed via the promenade or wandering around the space station. |

No one is saying this will be unsuccessful and redundant. In fact, I was speculating with some squad mates a few hours ago on the possibilities of actually seeing another merc without the intention to kill. Even just bumping into your friends as you wait for deployment would be preferable to the endless solitude of your merc quarters, broken only by intense periods of slaughter and misery. A sure fire way to spark lunacy across the galaxy.
No. But we must ensure that we keep the essential matters in mind, such as those Bojo named. Lunacy by isolation is preferable to lunacy by too many repetitions of SOON^tm. |

See Squagga I got ona PC finally well that is certainly better then this one guy who just keeps on making excuses that we all know about and doesnt want to use his PS3 browser or even go visit a public librairy

I love the idea of a player owned market. Pay trying the merchandise before you own it is a great idea. I was thinking that we should have a shooting range. The ability to get your hands on an assault rifle and test it out before you rush headlong into battle in an ambush and get shot down by two heavies before you even get to try out your new gun. I definately want to be able to own or rent a corp quarters in the promenade. Another great thing that I was hoping would occur is being able ot meet or talk with other mrecs that you arent really able to do considering we're all in different locals. Which is on a space station |

Probably, but it also wouldn't get the notice it should.
This is an element that was supposed to be added to EVE but not sure if it happened there. It would be nice to see it go down in both games at the same time and even allow direct sprite interaction which would really be the cross-platform interaction we've had so thoroughly promoted with this game.
I'm not looking to storm and hijack some dude's Titan with my 'Exile' and buddies... but would it be so bad for the planetary grunts to have a drink or two with the spacers once in a while? |

Honestly I never paid much attention to the forums before, so I didnt even know that there was a request section. Otherwise I woulda just posted it there.
Uh yeah but how cool would it be to be able to take over EVE ships with DUST mercs? One thing I've always wanted to do since we started this game was to have dust mercs pirating/overtaking a ship and have other dust mercs defending that ship. Pirate boardings. Gunfights down the coridors of EVE ships. Would be boss |

Yup, spirits with the fellas and exotic dancers on the poles. Good times need to be had after a hard day on the battlefield!
Also a whiteboard for corp meetings would be great too for coming up with strategies. We don't necessarily need to see our Eve counterparts. I do remember seeing the trailer where there was a chick without her helmet on so I assume that we can get out of these dropsuits every once in while. |

As for removing dropsuits, I often wonder if my clone isn't just fused with the bloody thing with how we're "deployed".... I'm walking around with ballistic-mesh skin here! x.@ |

So I was talking about this with some of my biddues in my corp and one ofthem proposed that we should get walking in mccs. This sounds like an maazong idea, however i think that the dust/eve integration is probobly more important and this wouldnt help support the idea |
