I don't know about the spamming or anything as I don't recruit at all but what I do know is that every player was new at some point. Even the best players started somewhere and having older players does help aswell because they can tell the newer ones mistakes they have made and things they have found to be useful. So go ahead call them noobs now but in a week or so when they are killing you don't be sad.

Every time I see Planetary Response Organisation on the other side, I figured it was a NPC corp.
Sometimes hard to tell with the names some corps use, would be nice if there was some easy way to tell (aside from being able to steamroll most NPC players). |

How do people "Train" other people in this game?? I've heard this numerous times and to be honest it sounds ridiculous to me. Aside from being able to give a few helpful tips and tricks and in game suggestions. What else can you do, really? |

Almost everyone of our members have received spam from them. Then I got one myself.... I left pro due to poor leadership. They had a lot of good guys but all the names I recognise are in different corps now.

Besides giving tips and tricks, fitting advice, and training advice. Yes the vet players will take the newer players in their squads and run matches together. Anyone can join any squad though if they like. Also anyone can ask any question they have we won't shun a player for not knowing something. There is no such thing as a stupid question. We even let the new players run the squad so they know how and can start a squad up any time they want.
Also we take random corp matches and let the newer players go in to experience them instead of only allowing the best players in all matches. The corp will also fund training into LAVs, HAVs, and Dropships. |

Ya I don't really agree with the spamming but as I said I am not a recruiter and I don't have to agree with everything my CEO does I just have to know that I believe in the Corp. |

I was doing it before you showed up and I'm doing it now. My school trains people. We lay out strategies, provide a system for fittings and SP investment, layout tactics for scenarios, etc. |

God, I do too. But I don't miss the stale maps, the overpowered guns on SVER, and the textures. The gameplay and leadership controls are definitely something Dust could take cues from. And the vehicles were godawful, too. Glad that's different. |

Play with the person excessively, actively use teamwork and stick with the person you're training. I've had people opt to just follow me all game and some do follow me for the portion of it, if they stick with you they see your priorities, what you do in certain situations, and more. I've always found it a bit funny when people try to stick with me closely to learn but it becomes a learning process for everyone involved, not only builds teamwork but "chemistry" as well which is definitely a factor. Being friends with those that you're fighting along with, knowing how they play and being able to predict their moves, making it easier to work as a team.
You know, other than guidance of skill point allocation & fittings. |

tbh PRO are one of the best clans when on the inside so I can see. In the MAG videos no other clan has acted like that.
