I don't know about the spamming or anything as I don't recruit at all but what I do know is that every player was new at some point. Even the best players started somewhere and having older players does help aswell because they can tell the newer ones mistakes they have made and things they have found to be useful. So go ahead call them noobs now but in a week or so when they are killing you don't be sad.

So are you saying PRO has an already functional training system putting people threw the works to get them ready for high end corp matches? Because I know a lot of other corps do - but I haven't heard anything about PRO. Besides the 3 emails you're spamming me.
Besides giving tips and tricks, fitting advice, and training advice. Yes the vet players will take the newer players in their squads and run matches together. Anyone can join any squad though if they like. Also anyone can ask any question they have we won't shun a player for not knowing something. There is no such thing as a stupid question. We even let the new players run the squad so they know how and can start a squad up any time they want.
Also we take random corp matches and let the newer players go in to experience them instead of only allowing the best players in all matches. The corp will also fund training into LAVs, HAVs, and Dropships. |

Then I got one myself.... I left pro due to poor leadership. They had a lot of good guys but all the names I recognise are in different corps now. Good luck new pro members, I hope you don't get used for cannon fodder.
Ya I don't really agree with the spamming but as I said I am not a recruiter and I don't have to agree with everything my CEO does I just have to know that I believe in the Corp. |
