Edit: I rearranged some stuff on the welcome page, maybe thats better , I'm going to see what else I can do in terms of color scheme somewhat later.

Also from the general squareness of the page and the annoying borders that appear at parts I'm guessing you used Dreamweaver to make the website? EDIT: nice it looks more interesting and appealing now
