This is insane. This crap should have been fixed by now. I play this game literally less than an hour a month, yet every time I do, I spend about 1 hour to just download a new patch, then finally when I play, I have difficulty actually joining the match - once I finally manage to get into one I freeze soon after.

I get that it's a beta, for fucks sake, I get it. But seriously, this is a basic, fundamental glitch to eliminate at the very first few steps of putting a game together and yet IT HAPPENS EVERY TIME I PLAY THIS GAME.

EVERY MONTH.
EVERY PATCH.
MONTH AFTER MONTH.

If I played for like 6 hours or more, I can see failing to join a match or my game crashing, but (and I am ---NOT--- exaggerating) I crash within the first 15 minutes of playing, every time. And every time I say to myself "Screw it, I'm not going to destroy my PS3 with all these crashes", then I go play Battlefield 3 for another month. I have said this SO MANY ****ING TIMES - seriously when are they going to fix these crashes?

Hey Rambo, sorry to hear your having issues.

I myself have yet to have any crashing or glitches where as i frequently would get dropped from bf3 matches due to poor connection. so I was wounding if your constantly having problems could the issue not be with your connection? or even possibly you ps3.

I remember it was really frustrating for me to get kicks from bf3 matches and i used to think it was the game until i checked out my internet connection and found it to be the issue. and as I haven't heard many people complaining about crashing in the open beta i can only assume the issue is not with the game specifically.

I know it doesn't help but I do hope you can find a solution to the issue.

Its really due to the fact that every broken mechanic in dust equals complex gameplay to its die hard fans. How can you fix anything in a beta if they feel nothing is wrong with it. Bad design and poor implementation is not complex gameplay.

The other day someone was bragging what a noob , he tried to melee me in dust.

Execution type Spawning adds to the complexity of the game ha ha, drop spawn camping droplinks instead.

its complex to have horrible vehicle controls that were based off a keyboard inputs than the ps3 controller.

unbearable frame rates and lag, with tone down graphics, half the player counts, and 70 percent of the game missing.

If these were new problems than I would say give them some slack, but its the fact that its a year now with no fixes and the only thing we can say to new players is. If you think it sucks now, you should of seen it 6 months ago it was worse. Basically saying dust improves at a snail pace come back next year for a good game.

I'm really glad none of you are on TV, because none of you are funny, witty or interesting. I even try to give you material to work with then you just follow the same predictable pattern you keep following, or (for the weirdest almost depressing reason) you take what I said seriously.

I made this topic to get info, which I got, but in all honesty - I can't make this any clearer - I'm just trolling right now. I got like 5 idiots, but no material from any of them. Like the game would be worse if it had the rock solid engine and game-play mechanics that BF3 offers. It's a bizarre form of defensiveness that I've only come across on this forum.

I find it hard to believe that anyone could find the frame-rate for example, to be acceptable.

Yet we have bleating sheep telling me that it's my router.
