Logistic Operations and Tactical Infantry Solutions

Hi there, I'm Free Healing. I'd like you all to know that Logistic Operations and Tactical Infantry Solutions (L.O.T.I.S.) is once again looking for potential recruits to our Corporation. Why should you join our Corp? Well I can't really say, since I don't know what it is that your looking for exactly. The best I can do is tell you a little bit about L.O.T.I.S and our Recruitment Process.
At L.O.T.I.S. what we look for is dedication above all else. Not just dedication to the Corporation, but to the game as well. If a player is dedicated and willing to never give up on DUST 514 then the will surely be great in time. We started L.O.T.I.S in September of 2012. You could say that we're young, but we've gained quite the reputation and player base in that time. We started out with 6 people initially who were our first Directors and now we now support a very active playerbase.
Our Rules, Policies, and Ideals, keep our members active and proud. I'll go ahead and talk about those for a moment.
Rules:
No Cheating, Glitching, Exploiting, (Unprovoked) Griefing, (Unprovoked) Raging in Public or at other Corp. Members or Affiliates, (Unprovoked) Trolling, Scamming, Stealing, Spying, Boosting, or any other kind of moral indecency that could harm L.O.T.I.S. in any way.
Policy:
We do not let Alternate Characters into the Corporation because it is our believe that if your going to specialize in a variety of thing that it is more effective on a grand scale to do everything you want to do on one character. It also lets us keep better track of our Members and Limit Spying opportunities.
We also have a system in place for monitering inactivity where we keep track of our members and if they go about unseen for 14 days, they will receive a mail stating that they have 7 days to reply or be kicked from the Corporation. This helps us to be more effective on keeping active players versus ghosts.
If you break any Rules or Policies you may be subject to probation or demotion.
As for our Ideals. L.O.T.I.S. is a teamplay based Corp. we do not act for the sake of our own KDR's. Instead we put priority on staying together and eliminating the enemy in an efficient manner. Since we are heavily Team Oriented it's a necessity for our members to have a headset with a mic so that we can communicate with one another during Battle. We do not require that you have a Mic to undergo the Recruitment Process but we do require you to have one and have proof that it works before you can officially join the L.O.T.I.S. Ranks.
We value Specialization and Variable Tactics equally and have made special Divisions within L.O.T.I.S. ranging in a wide variety of facets. From straight up killing everything in sight to the subterfuge of SpecOps warfare to Piloting a Dropship over the enemy force to provide valuable intel. We have Commanders of these Divisions to train you should you require it or wish to join us in the Faction Warfare facet of DUST 514.
We want L.O.T.I.S. to be a respectable Corp. recognized for our amazing teamwork in addition to our players individual prowess. Do not mistake us for an Ellite Corp. We will never laugh at those in our Corp. who actively try to better themselves.
"Stand together or DIE alone." In this aspect, I think you will find there isn't another Corp. out there that values this saying more highly than L.O.T.I.S. We play as a GROUP not as INDIVIDUALS, and through superior group tactics is how we win our battles.
"Together, we will stand strong."
"Together, we will make our enemeis fear us."
"Together, we will make our allies respect us."
"Together, we will not falter."

Information on Recruitment
Our Recruitment Policy is that we want players who will mesh well with the rest of our members. We're not only looking for good players, we're looking for good people. We'll take a Decent or even Bad player with a good mentality and attitude over a great player with a crappy attitude and mentality.
To facilitate this process, we have made a chat channel in game called "L.O.T.I.S RECRUITMENT" (note that the period after the last "S" is left off) where you will be able to meet and squad with the higher ranking members of L.O.T.I.S. We want to take time and get to know you, and see if we will be able to work with you and whether or not you will benefit us and we will benefit you.
If you, have a mic, wish to get to know us, and try out for the Corporation please join "L.O.T.I.S Recruitment" Chat Channel in game. or Contact one of our Recruitment Officers listed above. We would really like to meet you.
HOW TO JOIN CHANNEL:
-Press "Select" to open the Chat Channels.
-Go to the side panels and make sure that you see the Extended Tabs and that the names of the Tabs show.
-Scroll as far down as you can to the Tab that looks like a plus ( + ) sign and it will extend into CREATE/JOIN Channel.
-Click X and it will ask you to enter the name of the Channel you wish to join or create.
-Type in: "L.O.T.I.S RECRUITMENT" again making sure that you leave the period off after the S in LOTIS.
-Join.
*If you get the option to enter a password or it says "Channel does not exist, would you like to make this Channel?" then you've typed the Channel name wrong. If your having technical difficulties please mail one of the Recruitment Officers listed above.

Well, it was good knowing you Free Healing.
Your one character only stops me though. I am running my Enforcer/Heavy as an alt but my Sniper/Logi is my primary. If they can figure out how to start a Pilot/Driver than I expect to start a third character or add P/D to my S/L. That is several million SP away from now though.
I will continue to read your posts and, as always, look forward to them.

I'm sorry to hear that Thanx though i guess it should be expected. Our belief in L.O.T.I.S. is that you should have one character that is good at multiple things rather than 3 characters all good at only 1 thing. In the long run, you will eventually be able to spec into various things anyway since SP is unlimited (so to speak).
Also, we don't want to go into a Corp. battle and need something from one of our members and have them say, "This isn't the right character for that." (it's happened a few times and while it's not a HUGE issue, we pretty much agreed on it as a Corp. and so I must abide by it.)
I know with the SP cap the way it is that the reason to not use Alt. Characters may seem strange but it what we've decided and we're sticking with it, and hoping that CCP does something to fix the Daily Cap.

hey free healing i would like to apply to you corporation.
im not an expert in the game nor a pro.
i have a moderate k/d most of the time.
i play as a heavy and like to be part of teams and provide support.
i have a mic but i don't use it much and i'm not english so my verbal english is quite bad.
if there is any more info you'd like to know for the recruitment just mail me i play almost everyday for a good amount of time and hoping the mic problem won't affect my recruitment. |

I also would like to apply. I don't get much time to play during the week due to long work days but I'm usually on a little after 6 pm til around 9 pm Monday thru Friday (CST). Weekend playtime varies (I tend to sleep a lot  ). I main Logistics with SMG as main weapon (my aim is ok but not great). my K/D ratio is roughly around 1.5. I've been playing solo a lot since Project9 disbanded and looking for a corp to run with. I have a mic but don't really talk much. Not much else to say. Hope you'll consider me and I'll see ya in-game. |

I would like to join ur corp cuz its sounds interesting.
I'm a heavy gunner and i could deploy tanks and recons.
I don't have a mic, but if u give me signals i will follow accordingly on the battlefield.
I'm pretty experienced at what i do.
I pull off amazing stunts on the battlefield that has me as a target to fear very much.
That is all.
Oh, I'm on sometimes in the week do to my schedule for school and stuff.
If you have any more questions plz feel free to send me a mail on what u need to know before i can be recruited.

Sounds good, but I would like to point out that if you do not have a Mic you will not be able to pass from the rank of Recruit (Minimal Access to forums and ineligible for Corp. Contracts) to the Rank of Soldier. In some cases you may remain in the Recruitment Channel until you get a Mic.
If that is acceptable, please join the "L.O.T.I.S Recruitment" Channel so we can get to know you. unless we're in the middle of Corp. Contracts, our Recruits have our full attention. Just get in contact with one of our Officers or Directors who will be in the Channel.

I'm new to dust (but not new to EVE universe) and focusing on heavy mg and later FG and interested in your corp. Was curious about your corp and if you have any current ties to EVE. I am looking for a corp that is planning on being part of the EVE universe, not just focusing on the fps side of the game. I love using teamwork in games and looking for a like-minded set of people. Also want a group that understands EVE and won't be getting taken advantage of due to lack of understanding once more and more features are implemented.
Have a mic but due to my work schedule and wife/kids, can't always talk on it at night but can listen in or use keyboard to type at the least. Am also willing to spec into other roles if needed.
