Likewise, though once I logged in as one of my alts I switched it to that one and it started for that one. Then I logged out and switched it to my main one. It only starts counting when logged on though, which further compounds the bug if you will... |

I'm still getting passive SP but since I bought a booster I only get half as much as I should. After all the bullcrap with SP cap's and cap resets that just struck me as hilarious...but I could use a little more SP over here. I'm getting about 12k or so per day currently. Better than nothing but still.

Transfer the passive SP gain to an alt, then transfer it back to your main, with the booster you should get 1 SP every 2.3 sec (checked multiple times with a stop watch)

just filed this petition, lets see what happends:
Dear CCP
Dust Character: Gaechti
PSN ID: XXX
On 10th of January I bought a 7 Day Passive Booster on my Dust Merc Gaechti and activated it right away.
Today on the 12th of January, I noticed I did not receive the passive bonus from the booster.
I could fix it myself now by activating passive skillgain on a second character and then activate it on Gaechti again
But I essentially lost 2 Day worth of passive booster and about 50k SP because of this bug
Please fix this, I could guess I'm not the only one with this problem

No, it should be 3 times that. Definitely sounds bugged, but I can't confirm for myself yet. |

I'm not getting any passive sp either but i'll try making an alt to jump start the process and see if that fixes it.
Just tried it, I didn't even need to enter the game as an alt just select him for passive sp and swich it back right away and my main is getting it now. Cheers |

Ok. I went through the process of creating an alternate character, activating passive sp, then switching back. My passive rate is now 10 skill points per 36 seconds. That's the rate I should get without a booster. So by going through the process, I went from 0.5x to 1.0x.
CCP what is the official response to this issue? I am losing real money now. |

Missing passive skill points since server down time on the 11th. Applied the suggested work around an hour ago and things seem to be fixed but still missing the skill points from the above mentioned days. |

I experienced this issue as well.
A character swap from 'Torr Wrath' to 'Ilya Wrath' for passive exp and back again fixed the issue Immediately.
I collected information prior to and after the Passive EXP swap.
all times will be given in my local time (UTC -6:00) and accurate to the minute.
SP / / TIME
738424 // 6:38 PM
740482 // 10:45 PM
Which is roughly 2058 SP in 4 hours and 7 minutes.
Or 8.3 SP/minute.
Which is -roughly- 500 SP per hour.
That was with a Passive Booster set ON.
The passive SP is normally supposed to be at 1000 SP/hour, or at 1500/hour boosted. According to the below url:

At 10:59 PM I gained SP at a rate of just over 1 per 2 seconds. approximately a third of the time for a single SP. Which is accurate based on what I was getting to what I should have been getting.
As of 11:03 PM I have 740,718 SP.
As of 11:01 PM, I have 2:13:53:XX Left on my passive booster, which means I lost nearly 4.5 days of 36000 SP/day. Instead I have only been getting 12000/day for those 4.5 Days.
I guess what I am asking (and will require a DEV answer), is if there is any chance of just getting the lost SP (a sum of approximately 108,000 SP) credited to my profile since it was only lost to the bug displaying that the account was getting the passive EXP improperly? |

Lost SP will most likely not be refunded, however they really should refund the $ / AUR. |

My passive sp stop too and all my sp and isk is gone this happend with the migration to eve world i think i would like to know how to get all my expierence back and skills because im getting my ass kick :( |

i just noticed this issue myself, thanks for the suggestion of making an alt and toggling the passive to him and back, but, considering, that is a major flaw, i think those of us that experienced it should get those SP since it isn't a fault of our own.
i'll have to do this when i get home so that makes 5 days of no passive -_- that's 120k sp i didn't get considering that i make 3-5k / game thats a long way behind.... |
