I had the same issue. I bought a passive SP booster, and for three days it was doing absolutely NOTHING!
I lost out on three days worth of boosted passive skill points on my seven day booster.
How are you going to remedy this CCP?
Considering I spent REAL money on the passive booster, I see one of three ways that you can make this right:
1) Reimburse me the AURUM,
2) Give me three days worth of boosted passive skill points, or
3) Credit my account with a 7 day passive booster. |

Transfer the passive SP gain to an alt, then transfer it back to your main, with the booster you should get 1 SP every 2.3 sec (checked multiple times with a stop watch) Hope this helps.
I had the same issue, transferred to Alt character then back again to main and it started back up. |

Yeah im getting about the same passive sp a day to (for the last 7 days), I just tested mine.
I have no alts.
Activated my 7 day passive booster when the game came back up after the last wipe on thursday.
SP per minute = 8 X 60 minutes = 480 sp per hour X 24 hours = 11,520 passive sp per day - This is definatly WAY OFF as it should be 36,000 per day.
I tested this 5 times over 5 minutes and its about 8-9 sp per minute with passive booster activated.
11,520 X 7 days = 80,640 passive SP accumulated when it should have been 36,000 x 7 = 252,000
Lost a total of 171,360 sp because of this bug, thats a lot! Want aurum or SP refund!
Have been maxing out my active sp every day also and am on 850k sp total, some guy said he was on 1 million sp now!
I just made an ALT and swapped passive over to it then swapped the passive back to my main and its fixed it and its ticking so much faster.
Just tested the fixed passive rate and now getting 25 SP per minute X 60 mins = 1500 X 24 hours = 36,000 SP a day.
Ok thats fixed it but have still lost out on about 170k SP for the last 7 days. Which is totaly unaccecptable for something ive purchased with real money.
So activating the passive booster 7 days ago had a negative affect on passive sp gain, rather than a neutral or positive one. Definatly want a refund. |

Actually, it sounds as if the passive exp booster was the only thing granting passive EXP. It applies XP at a rate of approximately 500 an hour, which is what you were getting. The Booster did its job
Its the actual Passive exp that wasnt working. which was the other 24000 a day. Thats what was activated when you fixed it. It leads to the interesting note of you being able to use alt characters on the same account and have them gain -some- exp passively by paying for a booster.
(i just want the actual SP reimbursed myself. ) |

I have the same problem.
I am reluctant to create an alt to try and fix this myself, as I just emailed support to tell them I'm having this problem and ask to refund lost sp- I don't want them to turn around and say "well it's working now, I'm not refunding lost sp as you can't prove you missed any". |

that aint nothing. i bought a passive booster but when i went to augmentations to activate it, a message popped up saying i dont have any and would i like to prchase some. so i tried rebooting the game to see if it would fix it but nope. same message. so i bought another passive booster and tried to activate it again. SAME MESSAGE!! I WASTED 14,000 AUR ON SOMETHING THE GAME SAYS I DONT HAVE!!! I SENT A MESSAGE TO THE SUPPORT TEAM BUT NO ANSWER. just like i thought. its really pissing me off and i would appreciate a solution to this irritating problem. |
