Most bounties on corps and alliances go down fast, as after a single fleet fight billions can be killed, and hundreds of millions taken off the bounties. Its popular to put up bounties in eve atm. They have recently been changed and everyone is having fun with it. Just flying around in highsec you can get bounties put on you by bored people. So with 1.3 bil on a corp that doesnt actually do anything. Really means nothing. Golf claps for thinking your cool tho.
