Sometimes i will selected to be spawned, at the Objective, or at a spawn uplink, and it will still spawn me in the mcc. |

I noticed the same thing. When I was on the map selecting a spawn point, after hitting x to bring up my dropsuit list the camera panned over to the center of the map. |

+1 on this. I got the same thing. I think its a problem with all spawning sicne this happens all the time in ambush anyhow. |

Yeah, I guess this is just the same problem as in Ambush where the first spawn always spawn you in the default spawn (aka random spawn) no matter if you selected a CRU or an uplink.
In this case the default spawn is just the MCC. |

Happens to me too but only during my first spawn of the match. Given that it seems so consistent and widespread I would expect it is not a bug but working as intended.
Why would it be so? Maybe you're expected to start from the MCC from an in-character or storyline aspect? |

I know that I had issues on abush for awhile, it is fixed now, where if a uplink was on the field, and i chose to spawn random insted of the uplink, it would throw me on the uplink regardless. |

OK, after 5 years in Eve, I'm still a budding n00b here. How does the player know where the spawn point is (when it's choosable)? I don't see a crosshair or pointer on the bird's eye view of the battlefield, even though I can scroll over the view fine.
2nd question: I saw a key to map symbols come up once during the Help/Tips during battle load time. How do I call that key up at will? I'm still mostly mystified by what I'm seeing in the battles.
