Ya, I figured it was tanks that you lost, but look at it this way your helping to test the game and now we know the game will disco a tank driver as easily as it does an infantry guy. I would run my DS but they are useless on the field as is so no point to try to gamble with it to a disco.

He's really got a problem.

If the server crashes, and your petition lands in front of a GM that feels sorry for you, you MIGHT get your ship back, maybe. More often, you'll be reminded that you shouldn't fly what you can't afford to lose. Edit: It's also CCP policy to NEVER re-imburse pvp losses, and last time I checked Dust doesn't have a PvE experience yet, your argument is both an invalid comparison, and patently false.
