Honestly we don't ask all member join the pub channel, we tend to use it more as a point of first contact, mainly with other corps setting up CB's so the pub channel is normally quite.
If you don't mind my asking why are you looking at leaving Zion, I have only heard good things about them? any answer you give will not affect your application to D-Uni at all I'm just curious. That and if there is something we are doing right its nice to get some feedback so we know what to focus our efforts on. |

Just sent my app in.
Various reasons, I can say that Zion is a good group of guys and once more corp mechanics are in place the corp will only improve. I left the corp, but still in the pub channel so I can shoot stuff up with them. |

Still recruiting folks.
550+ members as of yesterday. Thanks to all of them for sticking by us. Despite the next to useless corp UI stopping us doing a lot of what we want to. Once we have the tools from CCP, we can get more serious with a structured class and lecture system like E-UNI has. |

Yes of course.
But we've been getting a steady stream of recruits without advertising, so to be honest I forgot to keep this thread updated. *faceplam*

I've been playing Dust about a month, going it alone for the most part. A strategy that doesn't work well, once out of the Academy.
I'm an older gamer (soon to be 48 y/o) so FPS can get a bit overwhelming in multiplayer due to my famous "turtle-like reflexes". That's generally why I play FPS games mostly in Single player, although I did play MAG a few years back as a medic.
There is a reason I mention the age thing and that my skills are crap... I was once invited to join a clan in MAG. They knew I was an older player, new to the game and that my K/D was really awful. I wasn't much help, because I didn't know what to do and no-one took the time to explain anything to me. They did a clan purge a week after I became a member, they kicked everyone out, telling all active members to rejoin. Convieniently, my several attempts to rejoin were ignored. As a result, I have resisted asking to join any Dust corporations.
I have two characters with approx 2 mill SP each. One a "logibro" type build, the other a scout/sniper (more emphasis on the sniping bit ATM). Obviously backup roles, but roles I feel with a little help and the right training could make me a team asset instead of a liability.
I interchange between both chars regularly, so I would prefer them both to be in the same Corporation to avoid confusion on my end. .
If it's alright with you I would like to join Dust University with both of my chars, Daylon and Damien Daxx. I'll apply for both, if I get your OK.
Thanks,
DD |

Apply away.
I do a purge at the beginning of every month for players who who haven't been active in the month before. This is just to keep the membership active and I always put out a corp mail warning players to sign in with an alts in the corp.
All skill levels and ages accepted here at D-UNI.

Any players looking to improve their skills and learn how to play the game need to consider Dust University.
We have many players in our ranks that came through this fine institution.
As a new player you'll always have numerous people to squad with and help point you in the right direction. Don't wander around New Eden aimlessly.
Check these guys out, you won't be sorry! |

I'm interested in teaching the Honey Badger Tanking Method. Would you want a teacher for tanks?
I have almost 18mil so, with 7 spread across all tanks nd turrets, and the rest spent building a callogi mass driver fit.
I'm a leading expert (ask anyone) on tank v tank tactics, llav builds, and tactics at the squad and team level. I've played for and against the very best corps New Eden has ever had and never lost a tank battle (not to say I don't blow up but I don't lose 1 v 1). My infantry tactics are very good, too. I spent a lot of time teaching and playing with new playersfor the last month. I'm taking q break from PC to teach and working on my own isn't efficient enough.

We usually have to have you first to sign up to the Corporation. Once there, you can start scheduling you lectures in our lecture channel.
Although everyone can become an instructor, I believe requirements such as being active in the game is required to remain as an Instructor for D-Uni. |
