DUST Search - Aurium-ISK Gift and/or exchange rate

Hint, use the average EVE plex (1 months game time - bought with RL money, can be traded as an in game item or turned to Aurum) prices in ISK and divide by the number of AUR you get per plex in order to find the conversion rate.

But that's a mute point as ISK/AUR conversion will never happen, because soon(TM) you will be able trade any and all items on the open market, negating the need for Aurum entirely provided you have enough ISK.

Donating ISK however is a mechanic in EVE and should hopefully be included in Dust as well.

This is dependend ofcourse if players from EVE are able to transfer any ammount of ISK to DUST. Now why I see this is that if this rate is lower in DUST that in EVE, it is more cost effective to: Buy PLEX from CCP with RL cash and sell it in EVEs in-game market to gain ISK. Then transfer that ISK to DUST charachter. That sayed DUST charachter then buys AUR-items from other player with that ISK One can get aproximately 500mil ISK from selling PLEX in EVE and that is some huge sum of ISK in terms of DUST mercs. Now in EVE 1 PLEX is 3500 AUR, according to http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Aurum That would make some modest ~140,000 ISK per 1 AUR edit: corrected this "That sayed DUST charachter then buys AUR with that ISK." <- false statement to this "That sayed DUST charachter then buys AUR-items from other player with that ISK."

I think a official system/mechanic to convert ISK to AUR or AUR to ISK is mute, but conversion rate for this is still valuable to those players that don't want to buy with RL cash the AUR to get AUR items. Once player driven economy starts rolling there will be secondary market where those players that have a lot of ISK will be buying AUR only purchaseable items from other players, that have paid said AUR to get that item, using nothing but ISK. This creates same kind of situation that eve has: If one has a lot of time to play this game and not alot of RL money then one can buy AUR items from other players with ISK. And convesly if one has a lot of RL money but not alot of time one can spend RL money to buy AUR items and then sell those said items to other players for ISK that have time/ISK.
