First off let us introduce to you the older AI that was managing our voice alerts in E3 build
Aura Chonricle
Her voice is rather soft, unurgent, almost caring and lulling.
This build of Dust 514 they apperantly got a new AI to voice alerts. Its more aggressive, alert, demanding and albit sexier.
Because of the stark difference in tone I suggest the new voice be another ai entity and we have an oppertunity to name her.
I suggest Terra and just to be funny with normal miltiary things having to stand for something. (Tactical Emergence Rudementry Relayed Assistance)

It's strange not having Aura anymore, she's a pretty massive celebrity in New Eden and it makes more sense to have her in Dust too. Aura Chronicle
I do really like the new voice though, she sounds more Sci-fi in a way, not as sexy as Aura though!
Let's call her Dave. 
Edit: tired and forgot that the Aura Chronicle was already in the OP, I'm leaving it though... |

I'm going to assume the new voice is a Caldari (Aura, as EVE loreheads know, is based on a Gallente).
So, whatever name is decided needs to reflect the State heritage.
As for me? no particular name comes to mind, just the above idea of what this new voice is. |

Agreed, I've always loved the dry voice of Aura in EVE. Though not so much when she tells me my docking request is denied, while I'm being pounded on by reds :P
But if this new AI needs a name, I'd say it should start with B, for continuity.

Athena sounds cool ... the name suits the overall naming system as we have prometheus, eryx, medusa etc.
