Suryas will be BETTER due to this. They can put out the fires.
Sagaris and shield tanked dropships will have to worry about this because they typically don't have armor reppers, and have no way to put it out, without jumping out to repair-gun it, or use a resupply. |

That's why you have people like me who specialize in logistics repair your stuff.
I have a feeling once the game comes out, vehicles will be fairly expensive, so you'll need to be careful with them. |

Also note that flux grenades are going to be a stronger AV grenade that only does damage to shields. I fear for the sagaris's usefulness. |

I do realize that Dust is a team based game, and all that. But at the end of the day, this really feels like a big, fat, in-your-face shield tank nerf.

yah if anything i would say this hurts shield tanks a lot worse than it hurts armor tanks.
any intelligent armor tanker would have SOME way to recover his armor. even if his plan is to "get out an rep it" so this will almost never matter to them.
meanwhile shield tankers will now need a way to repair armor as well. or else every "near escape" turns into a "slightly delayed death" |
