My kdr is going up but my isk is barely breaking even, and most of my stuff is militia expect my gun with a teir 2 suit.
I suppose its the anti grind kicking in . But the gentleman that said to name the money amount for your suit is really making sense. |

Be judicial on how you use your good gear and Militia gear to make money. A brutal game can be profitable just treat it like practice. |

yeah it's probably the anti grind kicking in, as at the beginning of a play session i usually make 300-400k on a good game, and by the end of my night it's usually more like 100k. Anti-grind shouldn't affect ISK gain IMO. If they wan't to keep people from gaining huge amounts of SP, fine, but don't make it not worth playing at all by killing our revenue. |

well i run with level 5 suit with level 5 min gun. and 2 complex shield extenters with 1 complex shield recharger and 2 complex armor repairer and it runs me about 700000 for every 20 set. but right now spend that money have fun and when the game comes out your going to make millions each match so dont worrie about the isk. |

If you want to use the high end stuff you can't die period. Limit yourself to one or two deaths a game. If you get more deaths than this you won't be making enough capitol unless you get over forty kills. Unfortunately you have to do this or you will go broke just like I did. Now I really have to limit myself |

I use an advanced suit with prototype weapons with various non free extras and make more than enough money to cover costs. If I were to do that with prototype suits I wouldn't be able to afford it.
What has been suggested in the past is that players won't use their best gear unless they're in a corp battle. |

At the risk of not being a team player, I admit I decide what gear i'm gonna use within about the first 30 seconds of a match.
If i'm the only one with a mic and I see tower campers and snipers all over the place, cheap gear it is.
Running AV helps bring in the isk, especially when the other team keeps calling in easy to kill militia vehicles. |

I dont see reasons for limited high end dropsuits, they cant be all that expensive, Now when you lose tanks, thats when money becomes a problem. Ive been trying to experiment with tank fits recently, and went from 15 million isk to 6 million in about a few hours. Damn. |

Rule of thumb:
If you cant afford to lose it, dont use it.
not everyone is as good as others. some people wont be able to afford rolling proto all the time. also, itll be way harder at release dude, market prices will go up and isk gains will go down. |

Yes, gear gets expensive, and dying in expensive gear also gets expensive. Try and only use the expensive gear when you already know you'll break even wearing it. |

LOL there is no diminishing returns for ISK......your just not chaotic enough. Try destroying more expensive stuff (vehicles, installations, proto fits) in order for more ISK gains. There isnt much money to be made simply killing scrubs and hacking. Im pretty sure those give more SP than anything. |

Ya I've been floating around 16 mill and run proto even when getting stomped. Don't die more than 5 times a round and usually none at all. I'll hi tail it outta a gun fight I know I can't win, and come back with reinforcements!

The more expensive your gear, the more conservatively you need to play to break even. If you like to be the suicidal hero, then you'll probably want to tone your gear down a notch. That's what I like about this game.. you can have sweet stuff.. but whenever you pull it out, you will likely lose it. I often switch between top gear and trash gear that I've tailored for whatever thing I'm doing. I probably have 5-6 setups I use regularly, and 3-4 per vehicle. |

honestly i dont look if i make a plus or a minus the round . . . my overall isk count keeps increasing, so i dont have a problem with restocking when needed . . . also i restock not unto 20 but 50 pieces . . . that means i can brush of some bad rounds. On the other hand one good round is enough to restock a fit to 50 units . . . |

The recent CSM minute discussed the relative price of weapons. My thought is that if you want higher tier stuff and have leveled in it and have even more equipment you will need large contracts provided threw Lowsec or Null. Other than that you can take less risk, or find a fit like a sniper to build ISK up with...my Freedom mass driver and Logi suit have 10 million at the moment , I don't need to spend alot because I am always supporting my team from the back lines...or I am in ambush on top of some roof. |

in around 17 days i have made 10m isk. in around 17 days i died 800+ times in a single match i make around 60k - 250k isk in a single match i make 0-60,000 sp ( best ever i made) 50 units of my assault suit I fitting = 250-450k no proto shizzle and 4m sp on the tree
thats testing, not running around in godmode proto suits
isk is not so hard to come about, but SP is a dog to gain with horsebull camping and those stupid remote explosive shizzle |

Maybe you doing something wrong because 50000 is the lowest sp i get if i play from the start I average about 90000 per match |

I expect there will be alot of players who use their best gear just after the diminishing returns effect has been reset to maximise their SP gain to the times it does most benefit.
When thier SP gains have tailed off they will probably use cheaper loadouts that they can afford to replace.
This is probably why isk appears to tail off along with SP. |

Cracked up at the idea of suits costing as much as a frigate in EVE (5-700k). Good thing that never came to fruition. That would of course been part and parcel of our ISK rewards being MUCH higher, but the pricing wouldn't have made any sense. |
