My name in EVE is Apollo Manton when i started 5 years ago i hadnt done any gaming online but had recently been watching BSG and liked the name Apollo so i took it then for my last name i took a random i think because in EVE there is some lore that involves the name Manton.
Since then all of my alts have taken the last name of Manton for them lately i have been taking the names of Angels and choose Jariel for my main Dust name. Jariel is an angel of divine face or presence. |

Same here, I guess somebody in EVE (or Dust) took leukoplast, so I used an old forum trick to give the appearance of the same name, as I replaced the lowercase L with an uppercase i.
Depending on the font type used, it works pretty well with few occurrences of it showing up as an obvious uppercase i. (hovering over my name and looking at the link here in the forums shows the obvious uppercase i) |

Previously in beta, my character's name was a typo name (McBob McBob) so my name now literally is typo name |

Ocelot was better than Solidus,and probably the best character in the whole series.
I use the same Dust ID and my PSN name.I got it from my best friends mother who calls me her third son,just switched up the spelling to make it look cooler.

As I say whenever this question comes up on every forum I ever go on; Hawk of battle is (one of) the literal meanings of my real name. I always thought it was pretty badass, so I've stuck with it, or just a shortened Hawk, wherever I go. |

I used a name generator set for Japanese-sounding names for inspiration went from there. Japan is one of the influences for the Caldari, plus I'm learning the language so it seems fitting.
I didn't want it to sound too much like an actual Japanese name though. |

Stile is the main character in the Apprentice Adept series by Piers Anthony. I use 451 because it was used by Looking Glass Studios(they used it because of Fahrenheit 451).
My alt is Cal Gruber. Cal from Cal Lightman in the series Lie To Me, Gruber is from Hans Gruber in Die Hard. |

for some reason, I split my name up in DUST so normally it is just SuperCargo. It's a literary reference from Invisible Man. The literary reference doesn't make sense, but it sounds cool imo. |

A fan of Poe. The first iteration of my name would be about 15 years old now. -ÑRaven-ú-ó-ñ. I was young and like the way the characters looked and it was easy to type in with alt codes. The first character is the symbol for Yen, the Japanese currency so my name later evolved into just YenRaven, which is my character in eve. I decided to spec into Tank/Vehicle piloting in dust and wanted a new name for this alt character that would accurately communicate the ideal of his profession. I was stuck between Behemoth and Goliath, thinking of the imposing figure a tank would make on the battlefield. In the end, I felt that Goliath Raven just evoked a more clearer visual creation of a giant black bird in my imagination so I wen't with that. I must say, it's not one of my favorite names. |
