Everything else is amazing, but that alone is enough to make this patch awesome. Also liking the change to the vehicle skill modifiers with Gallente vs Caldari vehicles. |

Seriously though, I didn't notice anything about vehicles repeatedly spawning, but it's also not in known issues. Did I miss that? |

CCP Cmdr Wang I see you are in Hedion University corp. Did you know that Hedion University does not even have an office in the Hedion solar system. Whats up with that? They have stations and agents in lots of other solar systems but not in Hedion. |

You also didn't say that it wouldn't be this weekend.
So until you say otherwise everyone is excited for tomorrow |

I love you.
On to the OP topic. I hope that by more miitia vehicles, it means more LAVs or some such and not a militia tank and militia dropship. I would be very sadfaced to see a bunch of unskilled tanks rolling around. The achievement in earning one would be cheapened. |

I have a feeling that in the case that they do have Militia HAVs and Dropships, they will be weaker in a similar way to the new militia Heavy dropsuit. So anyone in a real tank is going to have a decent advantage. Anyone in a Marauder is just going to murder the Militia ones. |

One little thing tho - I see nothing about swarm launchers. Still debating that one in the back office? |

Great patch. With hit detection fixed, I might have to throw out my dancing tux now . I also haven't used my Move controller since last X-mas, so that's a heck YEA for me! ...We're getting T2 stuff now? now that's made my day too. Ok... i thought i heard web grenades were coming. Last i checked EVE only used the term "flux" in a single module name, so I'm curious as to what the heck this Flux Grenade is. We get sh- err, dropsuit-spinning now!?!? Cue bittervet tears (of joy)! Market and Inventory is now integrated with EVE? Does that mean a secondary market, us getting to buy a Rifter as a DUST curio, and/or does it simply acknowledge we're on an EVE test serv?
I take it "MegaTerrain Blend" is some sort of rendering engine? From my perspective, it seemed like the game tried to load every LOD at once on entering match, causing initial lag. Not sure whether that's intended or a bug, but I would check the scripting for LOD, just incase.
EDIT : If we can spin our fitting suits/vehicles, I'd also like that spin-counter from EVE hangar. Ya know, just incase i get into a boredom rut. |

smartlayer wrote:no keyboard/mouse support ? :( Also a little disappointed, but I would guess that it was a lot simpler to incorporate for some reason - it simply doesn't make sense they'd choose to put in Move before KBM otherwise. |

In what regards are they integrated? As in now I can buy items off of the EVE market, and they can buy items off of the Dust market? Or that we can exchange isk between accounts? |

"Added militia vehicles and vehicle default fits" Am I the only one that kinda worried about this, though it does mean lots of weak tanks ready for our forge guns and swarm launchers to blow up. Its kinda open to abuse (Dont tell me that no one will find a quiet place in the battlefield and keep spawning in militia vehicles for a like-minded enemy team-mate to destroy again and again) |

Please give us "invite to game" and "join session in progress" options in the contacts list if not a premade game lobby. Once all the psn beta invites go out its going to be a nightmare getting into a game with a friend without some sort of system in place to play with your freinds.
Also on a previous reply I seriously hope they don't do militia tanks and dropships. This isn't a fear of them being a threat to the paid vehicles but rather a fear that every noob out there will drive around in tanks aimlessly not proving usefull in anyway to the game objectives as they can spawn as many as they want without fear of loss

I would think so, since the sharpshooter is just modifying the Move controller, right? You put the wand up top and the directional pad on the bottom and fight on, right? |

Militia vehicles are necessary to maintain some of the "you never know what is going to happen" factor (and probably to keep long time EvE Corporations/Alliances from completely cornering the market on Vehicles and freezing out newer groups?).
It means that a Tanker or Pilot will always have SOMETHING to drive/fly. Personally, this is a "Good Thing (tm)".
It also allows new players to try out equipment and skill paths/specialties so they can figure out what type of character they want to become.
What if they had minimum requirements for some of the "higher" ranked Militia gear though?
You still get the benefit of having BPO equipment you can use without worrying about cost, while at the same time you have to unlock some skills to get to it, so its not just handed to you?
Here's another thought though. Some people have been asking if there will be "No Proto Equipment" battles. What about the flip side? Will there be "No Militia Equipment" Battles? Sort of a "put up or shut up" type of situation. |

I'm pretty excited reading the notes honestly.
Heavy balancing and additionally acknowledgement of the turn speed balancing. Militia vehicles and mods, better graphics.
This cant come soon enough.
I do wonder about the bit concerning damage types on guns. Players have experienced shields melting under fire, and armor not so much. I know the base resists and damage types from Eve, but I'm not sure from the patch notes if damage and resists has been homogenized or damage types have been put in place. |
