I play in the 5pm-11pm cnt US timezone.
I need people who like to see others succeed due to their instruction.

I'm a decent logi and can pull a good score even when getting stomped, pulled out 4K in a ancient greek myths and others Q sync half an hour ago.

It's an open channel. Join at your leisure.
The real task will be getting actual newbros in it. Something that gets easier with access to more locals.
Hence the need for vets first xD

maybe with a drive in new players sticking with the game CCP will feel more compelled to fix issues within the game.
I guess if we all congregate in your chat, then go to our individual local chats, we can from there invite every person we see who is NPC.
We just need to do it like a mass recruiting spam mail, without mail (pxrxo.............) and soon we shall have a merry band of newbies, I'm sure their games will be easier being repped and supported and taught.
I'll literally logi in silence but will make anything easier if you're thinking of training them with actual lessons. |

Awesome. This is an OOC channel, where corp/alliance ties mean nothing. It has to stay gold.

I play around 22:00-24:00 (GMT) on Tuesday til Saturday
But Sunday and monday I'm on after down time till 1 in the morning . I believe in an hour in front of eve time not sure.

AFAIK they still exist, but being a corp it can put some people off. I know they have pub channels but I honestly don't see much activity. I never see dust uni in battle anymore.

Not saying you shouldn't do it, but try to consolidate with the channels which are already available and have people who have been helping new players for a long time. Our player base is fairly fractured as it is and having tons of these potentially small channels doesn't help the NPE.

So why the resistance to pool your resources with already established channels and corporations like Dust University? It's not a matter of having the people on board to assist, it's getting them all in the right place to be of most benefit.

No negative intentions here. Just trying to make the point that your resources would be of more benefit to already established places of assistance than trying to create something brand new. A helping/assistance channel with tons of vets and no new players is of no benefit to the new playerbase and the NPE.
