The channel is "Rookie Help 514" and it is moderated eve side.
I play in the 5pm-11pm cnt US timezone.
I need people who like to see others succeed due to their instruction.

It's an open channel. Join at your leisure.
The real task will be getting actual newbros in it. Something that gets easier with access to more locals.
Hence the need for vets first xD

I guess if we all congregate in your chat, then go to our individual local chats, we can from there invite every person we see who is NPC.

AFAIK they still exist, but being a corp it can put some people off. I know they have pub channels but I honestly don't see much activity. I never see dust uni in battle anymore.

So why the resistance to pool your resources with already established channels and corporations like Dust University? It's not a matter of having the people on board to assist, it's getting them all in the right place to be of most benefit.
