I also think they've been confirmed to have much greater physical strength to the point where even a clone in a scout suit could tear a man in half Mortal Kombat style. Nanite enhanced muscles along with an extremely high body temperature. Which is funny because if you make a scope that could detect heat signatures all clones would light up like a star. There would be so much heat that you would need a LOT of adjusting to do to see the actual clone. Keep that in mind.
Let's also remember that Dust's TACNET is also more developed than the modern TACNET. Right now, we're in increment 2. We've JUST gotten moving relays. While the Signal Corps's roadmap goes up to increment 4, Dust is at, or slightly past that. Inc 4 is essentially having absolutely everything part of the tacnet, down to individual soldiers. Instead of antenna relays linking up to vehicles, there will be drones acting as relays. I'm betting the MCC in Dust is a TACNET relay, explaining why we can't stray too far from it.
The army right now relies almost entirely on stationary antennas, which make for easy targets. We also don't have crazy-ass HUDs yet.

A normal human beeing can be killed by a single shot from a rifle, a Dust merc can take up to a full clip from a AR and still be alive. Its quite obvious that Dust mercs would mop the floor with any current real life tech. Plus Dust mercs dont fear death opposed to the regular infantry grunt. He just goes in guns blazing and doesnt give a damn about cover.

On a more serious note, it's absolutely no contest. I'm putting my money on the more advanced immortal army. When the US Army learns how to bring their soldiers back to life by stabbing them with a needle they'll at least not get stomped immediately.

I've done estimatey-type speculations math on this before.
Our enhanced clones have 10 hp before 'termination/bleedout' and I surmise that non-enhanced individuals/baseliners probably have between 2-5 hp or so.
A regular scout with their 80 melee damage could kill between 16-40 people in one punch, if we removed distance and space as factors. A min scout could do 24-60. A commando could manage 48-120. If we add myos in the number goes up by a lot.
3 myos on the cal com or 2 on the min should really end up in situations similar to gorillas ripping off car doors. Or commandos slugging tanks to death.
And in an actual war between conventional militarirs and immortal clone soldiers the ics would win hard. Even the minmatar with their 'primitive' ballistics have nuclear / phased plasma / emp bullets. In the novel Templar One the first what 10(?) Templar were deployed against something like 4000 valklears (the elite of the minmatar ground forces) who had previously resisted Amarrian military efforts for 6 months despite being outmanned and under supplied. It took ten Templar about 4-6 hours to demolish them, and this was before a lot of the advances in dropsuit technology that we currently have.

A lot of people seem to forget that gameplay handles a lot of abstractions and often entirely forgoes the 'realistic' in favor of balanced and 'fun' gameplay. You're also dramatically overestimating the ability of conventional tech to harm us, and underestimati+¦g our ability to return harm. For example a scrambler rifle, laser rifle or scram pistol all operate off of *batteries*... Batteries which can be recharged off of onboard suit powerplants. Given enough time an amarr assault or scout could annihilate whole batallions sent against them: a scout could pick people off for forever and can literally sprint flat out for several minutes on end... And then do it again thirty seconds later, and an amarr assault with a laser would do disgusting things to infantry (with their 2-5hp).
Forge gunners if actually making use of their superhuman abilities to do stuff like aim could put 20kg slugs into you from several miles away, while snipers put bullets through buildings or vehicles. We wouldn't miss very much when not subject to being 'played' in a game full of abstractions.

What if I told you that our suits could take a modern tank shell to the face without giving a flying fuck?
What if I told you that our weapons could make any modern tank its bitch? Not AV, just plain old rifles and pistols.
Comparing the two is just retarded, they are both on COMPLETELY different levels.

I'm not entirely sure how you expect a contemporary military to be anywhere near the level of a DUST one.
You are talking people with gunpowder weapons and somewhat armoured vests vs living war machines with hyper advanced technology, able to shrug off concentrated fire and using incredibly advanced weapons that would be capable of shredding an Abrams in a couple of shots.

You forget sensor damps (and in turn our sensors) are multispectrum including electronic ionic charges, magnetic, radar, infrared, gravity distortions and photonic scattering.
There is a reason why we dont bother using real camo in dust 514.
