When he did this he sent an inverted royal crest to the Theological Council who are the religious authority in the Empire, as if to suggest that he considered the secular laws of man more important to the divine edicts of God.

However he was allowed to reconcile with the Imperial Throne and can sit in on Council meetings though is no longer an Heir to the Throne.

Also worth noting is that the Khanid have a particular kind of soldier unique to them called Cyber Knights. These guys are people who have cybernetically augmented their bodies and train to become elite soldiers in small close knit Subigo Houses. There are two kinds of Knights. Practicals or Modernists who focus on fire arms and technological supremacy in combat while there are traditionalists who tend to focus on archaic weapons systems and close quarters combat.

The Khanid also have pretty decent ties to the Caldari and use missile systems primarily as offensive technologies and not the traditional Amarrian lasers.

Immortals like us, and mortals like the rank and file soldier of the Empires. Both would undeniably crush the modern American army and both a huge advantage in terms of technological superiority. Immortals like us simply cannot be killed and given I'd suggest that concept alone would drive even a small army of immortal cloned soldiers through to victory. It is because as clones we can employ tactics that are too dangerous, too crazy, hell we can even use ourselves as fodder to shock and horrify the common soldier. Cloned soldiers are also incredible feats of biological engineering in their own right. We stand at 2.5m tall, our muscles have significantly greater mass and density than normal men's, our bones are reinforced with titanium alloys, and we have redundant organs in case other fail. If that is not enough the weapons we can use have significantly more power to them. Lore establishes that if mortal men tried to fire our weapons they would likely break their arms from the recoil, suffer horrific radiation poisoning, might even out rightly be killed. E.G - The heat generated by Laser weapons would bore through most common body armours, cut limbs apart with a surgical precision, etc. If we talk about mortal soldiers even then the New Eden counter parts would win. Not just for having superior weapons and armour technologies but also because they are more numerous. Trillions of people live in the Amarr Empire alone, Millions comprise it's armed forces. Moreover elite groups like Kamiera's can fight with fanatical conviction while other groups like the Cyber Knights employ incredibly advanced tactics and technologies. Plus OB's....... There are only so many mistakes that a mortal can learn from and correct, as far more of those will kill him. We can learn from every single time we die and grow smarter and stronger from it.
