hey rattati wouldnt it be possibly easier to let the names we give our loadouts be displayed as what we use? say i kill u with my godzilla sentinel (armor bricked amarr sent) it would be displayed in that menu thing that pops up after you die (cant think of exact name) as: Godzilla (Sentinel Ak.0) and if you killed me in your personal loadout itd be the same. |

Just some opinions
-Anything labeled for the Amarr Scouts that is under the Category of "Judeo Fallen Angels" I suggest should be reserved for the Blood Raiders.
-Since they are a bastardized fusion of Amarr and Minmatar that literally hunt people down and drain their blood for whatever ritualistic purposes. This would create a more lore friendly dualism between the two factions.
-- (Good angels vs. Bad angels) Angels followed God while the Fallen Angels rebelled and in some cases mated with mankind (Amarr+Minmatar (Fallen angels) = blood raiders?)
-Anything labeled for the Amarr that is under the Category of "Judeo Major Monsters" I suggest should be reserved for Sanshas Nation (Fusion of Caldari and Amarr)
-Since anything involving the Sansha are horrifying and loaded with spikes. (thus "Amarrian Monsters")

 Well, someone sneaked in and updated all the names of the loadout suits while this thread was going on.
 They look good (although I am not a Lore expert, and don't know what they all mean).
Now, if only they did this for our Vehicle Modules...

That being said the Amarr don't believe in traditional angels therefore names like Uriel, Michael, etc have no significance for them in any shape. Their own angelic counterparts are called Sef and thus far have no names.
If we were doing Blood Raiders I'd look into slavic vampire mythology and play on the myriad forms of vampires from that area of the world including..... if you wanted to play on the Amarrian side of things then you have Arabic Demons and various Vampire like creatures.

i went back and checked to see if the names sounded good with the word assault/scout/logistics/sentinel/commando. if it didnt sound so good i got rid of it or moved it to another frame class.

Being a fan of the vikings, I am glad you used them for min suits. If you make newer load outs for the min suits you might could use Native American or other tribal names as they are also large family groups. Wendiego and chuppacabra are a couple of suggestions. Other than that, I agree with the naming of the suits by keeping them with gods and demigods and weapons. I do like the monster section of the Min suits.
If you want it, I can build it.

Request for a name to commemorate one of my fellow corp mates of whom we just found out passed away in July due to a freak accident where a tree fell on him while he was camping. His toom name was Adrenalize Beezwax. I know he's bought plenty of aur as well as plenty of respecs. I can send an obituary and a news article if you really must have proof. He had true love for this game. When everyone else would rage he would laugh and just enjoy the game for all its worth. DEVs if you could help us out with this please please do. <3
I can say I have friends that I have made in playing this game taht are more reliable and better people than some of my own family. I have met people in real life that I first met on this game. People are invested heart and soul. |
