Some of the ones I know are dedicated to one faction and get pissy when they see you on the other side. State Task Force is a Caldari one Lucent Eschelon is a Gallente one PIE Ground Control is an Amarr one Min channels are all pretty dead from what I've seen. You are welcome to join Negative_Feedback, but usually when there are syncs going there it's all NF people for the most part.
