I've just started my brand new corp yesterday, Agis Dynamics Inc. And I was wondering if I could get tips from the best for corp recruitment and corp development, what goals should I try to reach in my corp's infancy and how should I approach New players/corp-less players and convince them to join my corp? Thanks!

Hmm true... but getting a vet to join a new corp? That's nearly impossible since I literally have nothing to offer him, I think he loses more than gaining more by joint my corp :P I guess I'm a vet because I've been playing dust for 3 years now but I suck and I'm not popular at all

I only have one other guy in my corp xD but I asked YAMAH and Failures Inc. To send me noobies if they can/want, as far as reking pubs and PCs, I'm not in an alliance, and I'm going into Pubs with a bunch of noobs xD not to mention I'm like an average to okay player at this game lol

I'm sure it would, I'm Hispanic and speak both languages proficiently, as you can tell by my MLG English, so taking in the Hispanic culture will be no problem for me, but as for the others, I'm not exactly gud at MLG German or Russian, but I would sure like some English speaking Germans/russians, I just love there accents (no homo)

Yet in most cases it's the lack of activity that makes them leave. I would focus the corp on FW. Get involved in the FW kickstarts. There are multiple channels for FW, getting your guys into FW syncs will lead to a better overall experience. Think about it, when you are recruiting a new guy he wins 6 matches in a row and gets to hear you laying out plans before the match starts. It'll be tough, you should find some channels that are active to recommend to your guys to help them find squads. Push your guys, especially if new to earn themselves an APEX suit in FW. Once they get that, they have a skill template where they can improve their effectiveness on a daily basis (until the L5 skills).
Do you know some active channels for FW? I dont do much FW because the waiting time is unbearable but ill do it if it means getting more members for my corp and creating bonds with them
