Yeah, if you aren't going negative on your KDR (over stateing it, but we aren't playing for kills but the win), then you aren't playing PC right. None of this is true, and I would suggest not following a bit of it unless you want to get redlined right from the start.

Tell each squad their initial spawn, if they are flying, running or waiting on links. Have each squad leader type in squad chat where their men will be spawning. Make each squads initial target/objective clear as well. A clean deployment is critical, particularly if you are trying to hold the primary socket/city/compound. Also, it is helpful if you know the names of all your players and what they run. Failing that, know who your best utility players are and call them out for specific tasks i.e. "Aramis, spin around and shoot into the sky while everyone else does the actual work".

Example: 4 points rings with squad 1 taking the acid pit letter , squad 2 on the under cover letter and squad 3 vehicles and outside Squad 1: A gal logi for scans 1 hvy 1 guy who can take overwatch and/or do AV 3 slayers (scouts or light assaults most likely) Squad 2: 1-3 heavies 1-2 logis (min and possibly and second gal) remainder slayers to patrol, clear pocket, etc. Squad 3: 1 guy for home point 1 tank on flex from roam to home point 2 ADS (one of which should be able to run infantry well)
