The most important thing is that you follow orders and are 100% certain that you know what you're doing. If you don't know, ask. Do not change out of your role unless your FC specifically tells you to, even if you think you'd be more effective in a different suit, because you can be damn sure that someone will say 'Dreis, go and see if you can speedhack that point' when you're in an Amarr Assault and the Supply Depot's already been destroyed.

Oh, and, to be successful in PC, you need to completely disregard K/D. All that matters is winning.

Most PC players seem to hit wuss mode and won't fight you face to face in PC. They bring tanks, ADS, camp high spots with sniper rifles, forge guns and laser rifles.
I honestly haven't seen this in any PC. Everyone is always going for the win; not cheap kills.
And who TF brings a Sniper into a PC?!
