DUST Search - I know why weapons are so unbalanced

Charge sniper rifles - poor Large blasters - OP vs infantry, nobody bothers with gunners Small blasters - still not worth it Breach forge guns - pretty rubbish I'm sure there are others.

Get it right: large blasters are OP vs vehicles, not infantry. Their firing mechanic simply makes them most suitable to engage infantry and should be the weakest against vehicles. And small blasters are rather good on a missile/rail HAV, but of course they are only as good as the gunners (same thing goes for large blasters too; people complained previously that they could easily kill infantry, but it's actually hard to track and hit moving infantry with the required accuracy. They still required aiming as much as any other weapon. Considering all of our weapons have a proficiency skill that boosts that profile(damage I should say) by 15% to start with, even with less extreme profiles they would still display very large strengths against the targets they are strong against. A laser at +10 -10, or explosives for that matter, would still be incredibly strong to shields. Though yes, I do see how it could become too effective to armor so a , maybe more extreme to what they are weak against. Like lasers could be +10 -15, then with proficiency they would be back to their old positive profile. But in this way they aren't extreme to the point of just OHKing anything they are strong against.
