The 'Design a SKIN' Community Challenge has reached it's deadline and voting has begun. Security measures have been made to ensure (as much as possible) that each voter only votes once, so please look over all submissions closely and carefully for voting. This poll will run until 11:00 UTC - Thursday, June 4th.
As a reminder, the winning SKIN will receive these prizes:
Grand Prize (voted in by CCP)
$50 Aurum Card
Templar Code Set
Consideration for making it in game
Community Prize (voted in by majority community vote)
$10 Aurum card
And, just because I'm ineligible most of the prizes, here's an example of how my SKIN submission would work on a Gallente Scout

I'm not going to disqualify this person right off the bat but I am going to make the entire community aware of why I am still considering doing so.
Mostly because of suspected voter fraud.
Looks really -REALLY- fishy so I'm going to ask you guys if you want to nyx them or not. Discuss.

Yeah that does look weird. It might work both ways. The person is attempting to boost themselves, or they could be boosting someone else in an attempt to have you disqualify them and knock off some perceived competition.

It's possible.
Looking at the voter data they used the same exact client/session to vote 15 times and just used a proxy to change their IP Address in an attempt to fool the system.
So, not going to disqualify them, but I am going to be deleting the suspicious votes.

I voted.
Had to use a bit of visualization skill to imagine what those patterns would look like on a suite. Almost voted for your Diver Camo, but ended up voting for that purple/blue/black one.
Hand/Eye coordination cannot be taught. For everything else there is the Learning Coalition.

Nah. Just deleted the votes that went to his submission in that spike and left the ones he had prior.
