STD PLC have 1150 dmg,noone bats an eye,CCP raised damage by 11%,left splash damage unchanged and everyone loses their minds.
Public skirmish = camping games,
Public domination = officer sniping games,
Public ambush = russian roulette

Been using it for quite some time. Around 1.3. I miss the old slow, heavy projectile. Made it much more satisfying to use.

I don't recall when I specced into Commandos for the first time, but I specced into PLC at the same time. I do know it was before Fanfest 2014 though. I don't do any of this jumping bullshit, PLC on Galmmando, both feet firmly on the ground.

I used the plc as early as uprising 1.5
all proper murder is premeditated, that's what makes new Eden fun
acidental mansluaghter charges in FW however are not

I haven't used it long, but I did use it before they became popular. I think it was 1.9.
I did it because I saw LUGMOS doing so, and decided to try it out. (1.8)
I dropped it when it was too difficult to use and came back for the challenge of the weapon.
I mastered that PLC before moving on.
