I've yet to see any skill boosting. At most we can be accused of is effectively using squad commands... I group up with the Ocho's and I usually get the defend order put on me, with Mr. Ocho as the squad leader. Sometimes he is so busy with orbitals he has no time for gun game :p But he revives, reps, and restores ammo, sets up commands, and uses the strikes. Hardly skill boosting. If you want to see skill boosters look to the Warriors. Obvious is obvious.

Steeling
And any other such Action or Conduct that is seen to be out of image or character of a member of TCD.

Any breach of the statements above will result in evaluation and punishment or banning from TCD.
