Concerning the APEX Adjustments - Particularly Logi's
So, Played around quite a bit. The Equipment is Slot assigned (like all other modules) and cannot be adjusted.
Their place is fixed. Unalterable.
I had supposed that this may be the case, but I was hoping that some mechanic would be applied to adjust the BPO Standard equipment that came with the suit. Which leaves a logi able to replace them with isk variants or militia BPO's.
Let me state that I like, nay Love, that I can now customize the APEX suits. If we were measuring in UTILS this would be a 10. With that i must state that I am also disappointed that I cannot re-arrange the equipment (util of -2). it has sufficient CPU and PG for exact ISK replacements or with the Appropriate Skills maximized one is able to equip militia BPO's. So, either one is paying out for EQ customization in ISK or with skill investment and AUR to maintain the BPO nature of the suit.
Not a big complaint, but still something that would be cool to have for the VET and NEWBro that doesn't want to pay a little more.
If there is an easy fix to allow one to re-arrange the EQ modules I would ask for that to be done. Barring that fix perhaps standardizing the layout of EQ for the APEX Logis is the next best solution - as right now each are randomly placed, or at least I don't see the pattern to their set up.
Concerning the CPU/PGU. I would prefer an increase and a standardization per class. Ultimately I would hope for STD level PG/CPU - but I see some are outliers to accommodate the cultural design of the setup. I think that this would be more practical after a logi rebalance to bring the CPU/PG of the frames in line with the Assaults and the FITTING BONUSES take care of the equipment to such a large degree that there can be no real opportunity for abuse.
Staying the same is alright, but only just. Alot of work went into these suits, but to keep it to the BPO nature it eats up alot of those resources.
