Of course too high of a ping will hurt you but if you're running at 100-140ms (this is my ping to several servers in eastern to western Europe) against 40-80ms you'll get an advantage, why? because lag comp basically drags low ping players up to high ping players level (of course that's a pretty simplified explanation); everything is mostly normal for the higher ping player while the lower ping player will experience lag (pedants will point out that it's not actually lag, but the average person would call it lag). Personally I rather invest in improving my personal abilities with a Gamepad.. then using gamepad macros that can be inconsistent. Plus it gives you two buttons under neath the controller for each hand... Allowing you to use all the buttons without having to move your fingers off the analog sticks. Customization like crazy. This is what I'm rockin.. Love the chrome can see my reflection. All athletes can get PED's but its still considered cheating. Dress it up all you want you're a cheater. You're either confused or an idiot. Where in any rule is it stated that Modded controllers are cheating? Because it's very much stated using drugs are cheating in athletic sports. Thus why the term 'cheating' fits, because they're using illegal methods to win. These people are not using illegal methods to win, they're paying to win. So unless you're going to call the entire Pay To Play industry 'cheating' then you're full of yourself. Clearly CCP didn't design the game with modded controllers in mind (otherwise turbo's would have been accounted for), so using non standard equipment to gain an advantage over those using what the game was designed around is indeed cheating. Your matchmaking sucked the last time and it still sucks this time.

Dishonest to me is someone doing something others can't do to get an edge. That's not what a modded controller is. The only edge it even gives you here is RoF - Macros don't effect us much. So only guns like Tac AR, ScR and other single shooters with no limit on RoF get an edge with it.
