the stats should be 3% more damage, 10% faster reload, 10% bigger clip, 10% more ammo, a little different for PLC, Swarm, Forge and Mass Driver additional ammo, +1-+3 overall

well one, they are free if you log in, two, that's an adv dmg mod or so of extra damage, no stacking pen. I daresay super worth it.

Have you actually ever looked into there?
We are aware, just haven't had time for that patch that's needed for Echo.

Same as officer. Not sure that that is intended. It has a -10% reload speed nerf..... its worse than proto in my eyes.
