I, for one, wouldn't mind buying a skin for $1.00 USD. |

Considering a BPO suit is roughly $10, one would assume the BPO itself and the skin applied to it would add together to be about $10.
That being said, a 70/30 rule seems pretty appropriate. $7 for the Skinless BPO, and $3 for the skin.
CCP really needs to go for the Little Big Planet model. If you price things like this extremely cheap, you will likely make more money in the long run because of many units sold, rather than price them higher and sell fewer units.
I won't think twice about spending $2-3 on a skin. I'd be far more reluctant to spend $5+

This is CCP we're talking about so we can never be sure anything will happen. Work with me here.
Let's suppose that skins do become a thing. Assuming skins are organized by [Size] [Race] [Skin Color]... Medium Amarr Navy for example. Also assume they will be BPO's. How much would you pay for a single skin?
I would not not pay more than 4000 AUR ($1.99 USD) per skin. Thoughts? i guess you would have to compare other games that feature such things and take there sales into account, personally i cant really say as i'd make out i wouldn't pay no more than X but i'd look at how much penny's ive dumped in and how shiny the skins are.
I would love a nano fibre pure satin black caldari proto assault suit. yummy

I won't think twice about spending $2-3 on a skin. I'd be far more reluctant to spend $5+ I wonder if dropsuit BPO's will even be much of a thing after skins go live. The only reason I ever bought standard dropsuit BPOs was to have a spiffy looking paint job. The ISK savings on a standard dropsuit is negligible; 3000 ISK for a medium, 4500 ISK for a heavy?
$3 is acceptable. I could still see myself buying a skin at that cost.
I think skin packs need to be released as well. The old 'Buy X get 1 free' tactic has been around forever and it works.

Rattati has hinted that we should save our LP from the LP event this weekend because of some new items in the store; maybe skins are those items.
How much would you be willing to pay in ISK? What about LP + ISK? I personally think the LP/ISK cost of the APEX dropsuits is ******* insane.

Yeah, I don't think anyone with a life would go out of their way to play FW for a month just to only be able to get one suit...
