The MinAss is perfectly fine and the strafe speed is only insane with Keyboard and Mouse users, as it is with EVERY suit thta is used with Keyboard and Mouse

The amarr scout needs a buff, pretty clearly, dont think that has anything to do with the min assault |

Just because a 'scout' is a scout doesn't mean that no other suit can be faster than it no matter what, it just makes for different play styles. Also isn't the scan bonus for the amarr a the unnecessary "buff" the scout got?
