I'm going to disagree with you here.
Nothing about the Warbarge is "pay to win"
By that I mean that anything the warbarge offers can be purchases in game via in game routes.
The Warbarge offers nothing that is "AUR Only" (which would be pay to win)
The Warbarge is just another case of "Pay to Skip Wait" which is what most payment models in F2P games exist as.
With the new missions that offer Warbarge compnents, the guaranteed key per day, and the chance of lockboxes including large sums of Components you can't say that advancing the Warbarge is impossible without money.
It takes more time, but it is not impossible for a free player, thus it is not pay to win. |

Yes, you are able to get passive damage boosts from it (up to 5%)
Again though, that is not pay to win as you are claiming.
A non-playing player can still have access to it via in game means, it just takes more time on their part.
The damage boosting module on the Warbarge is still earn-able in game, and without AUR use. |

A fair point, but I'd argue that with the latest hotfix:
[Guaranteed mission keys, mission salvage, and large salvage options in lockboxes, etc]
that the extremely long times will be reduced for all players (free ones included) and we will see faster progression on the warbarge even without paying Aurum. I'd give the hotfix a bit of time to be active before I would be so quick to judge the current Component gathering rate with that being factored in.
If it's still impossibly long, then I'd be inclined to agree with you, but I am willing to bet it will be substantially reduced for active players. [And I would always argue for better active progression over passive]
