Of course it can be delayed or changed, but if it does come in 1.1 it will be like the "give" command for isk, exposing you to scams. Its also good for research. As these threads pop up, people start to speculate on what they would be looking for, how much they would pay, what circumstances would justify the extra effort of using the player market as opposed to the NPC one, ect. That way, once and if it happens, youll see a more orderly rollout of companies and services who had planned and prepared for it. Instead of seeing the market surge in all kinds of directions, a fair amount of product will be spoken for by then, so youll see companies piling inventories theyve already anticipated, and players getting payments for goods they already planned for. And if trading doesnt happen? Scrap the company and move on. Atleast people are trying to build up some meta and community. Join in! Are you a buyer or seller?

It is just a placeholder for a more dynamic fee. 10% on 100k isk is just 10k but on larger quantity of goods it will be lower, much lower. One would hope that a simple system would incorporate such basic features. This kind of thing, at least from my experience, is bread and butter in multiplayer online games these days.
