To me it looks like it will be based on little trade with a lot of player, so your system of scanning wouldnt work. Who ever would make a trade worth billions of isk? What does cost billions of isk?

Maybe the OP could make a rule like: trades bigger than, say, 50 millions isk are not accepted. They are accepted in multiple little trades. So if you have to pay 300 million isks for stuffs...You pay 50 million and receive 50 millions worth of stuffs, than you pay again and receive agai, and again and again...6 times. Fixed.

We cant let a person we dont know ruin our reputation scamming customers so that's why we are very strict with who we let in. Our traders will be players that Freccia has known for more than 2 years now. Also we will build our reputation with time. You know this is not a scam because a) our reputation is the most important thing for us to build our market , b) it is way more profitable for us to create a great market than it would be to scam a couple of players. Everyone that is trying to make us look like scammers is probably interested in ruining our reputation.
