I agree with the OP. As it stands, the VAST MAJORITY of ISK gained in a match is based on WP. Some jobs are low WP. Hell, when I'm in my Cal Sent and defending an obj -- see 6-8 guys the whole match -- guess what my payout is <.<
Being a team player doesn't get ya paid unless you are spamming uplinks or whoring the reptool. The other battlefield roles need better SP rewards. |

It says u earn the amount of isk that u destroyed. (Plz correct me if I'm wrong) in my opinion is pretty good and fair.
I have trouble believing that to be true. If I play a match and take out 25 people and place first on my team, assuming the 25 clones I took out cost an unbelievably cheap 25,000 ISK, I will come no where close to earning 600,000+ ISK in that match.

i have been saying for a while - my veiw was 30% of what you kill goes to you and 70% to the kitty. that should include vehicle kills. |

wp gets u the most isk and sp. and i know for a fact you didnt kill 20 protos. i can kill 30 adv suits and make 500k in a pub. dust is a lot of things, good and bad. but one thing about it is its consistent. if u killed 20 proto suits thats all u did and nothing else, and chances are those suits were fit with lower tier modules.

We all want more money. And bear in mind that plenty of losing teams have mercs with 20/0 on their side.
At the end of the day - Winning is more important than your personal stats.

As someone who regularly goes on the hunt for 'that redline gunlogi', I think that the time that this takes should be rewarded.
Logi's should be slaying at an only slightly reduced level to the other suits so I don't really see the issue.
Chubby chasers who go 0/9 with 2k WP and then complain about pay outs need to realise that logi's should not be going negative. Being a drain on your teams clones is not really acceptable in pubs ever. Pull out your gun and skill some rephives. They are far more useful in pubs.

Against people who know what they're doing, the Logi will be the first target. If they don't stop the reps, the slayer isn't going to die. Reviving dead team-mates saves the team clones and requires a lot more planning than using a rep-tool... Also saves slayer some isk.
Without the logi's ammo drops and spawn points, your team is going to have to run back and forth between CRUs and Depos when spawning or needing ammo, which leads to the team falling behind, which leads to you getting no help with those 30 kills.
Slayers don't need logis to slay. They rely on themselves.
Don't forget that other suits have eqiupment slot[s] too. And if we're talking about pubs [cause thread is about pub payouts] then i got to say that scouts do provide better uplinks than logis. And when slayers use Allotek [R] hives or scanner then they really don't need much help.

THAT isn't right Why do you think you went 30 / 0 if not for the logis? Also, not all logis are content to follow around a heavy. Some of us aspire to more than simple minded chubby chasing. I would have not went 30/0, but lower because i would have used a suit with armor reps. My point is logi's are rewarded for showing no skill other than following his slayer around holding R1.
Meh, when I logi I do it ALL, including slaying, so you speak for a few (nooby/lazy-farmer) logis.
