It says u earn the amount of isk that u destroyed. (Plz correct me if I'm wrong) in my opinion is pretty good and fair. I don't care about "who did the most for the team" I agree logis deserve to be payed, but when you pop 3 or 4 tanks in a match, but come in 6th and you get payed jack **** for your kills. Do they drop their wallet on their clone? When you go into a battle, the contracting company is displayed, it's implied that they are paying you to win the battle. You get paid to your contribution on the battlefield, just killing people in proto suits do not win the battle. It's based on team support, calculated Via WP. This should encourage you to not just slay, but to hack points and installations, guard points, supply and assist your team, and disrupt the enemy by destroying vehicles and other such things. My theory is that the fittings used by the players you killed had lol fits that diminished their overall value. Although I think either warlord 1.0 or 1.1 might address the payout. Speaking on base payout, then it would be BETTER for new players, if they get lucky and land the kill shot on that proto suit, then bam, they get a nice isk payout. I'm not saying give a 1:1 pay out, but you should get payed for your kills, just like a logi gets payed for his links and reps. There is literally nothing wrong with getting payed for your kills.

The value of suits being your point, not the value of a clone. Had you said more clones killed I could agree, as a contract upon enemy heads would be more sensible of an argument to make. Not to mention if your on a full team in a PC the general payout it always around 2mil. It's fairly consistent, I know that because I have been in a lot of PC's during my time paying dust, do you even PC? As much as I dislike the easy spam of rep-tools, you forget the other useful things a logi does. Against people who know what they're doing, the Logi will be the first target. If they don't stop the reps, the slayer isn't going to die. This distractions both helps the slayer & causes the logi to try and position to stay alive, without just running with their tail between their legs and letting the slayer get whooped. Reviving dead team-mates saves the team clones and requires a lot more planning than using a rep-tool... Also saves slayer some isk. Without the logi's ammo drops and spawn points, your team is going to have to run back and forth between CRUs and Depos when spawning or needing ammo, which leads to the team falling behind, which leads to you getting no help with those 30 kills.

That;s kind of my point, the whole premise is based on pay out for kills, it wouldn't make sense for anyone with a logistics role to get much money, though they usually make the most. Since they get the most money and no kills, it wouldn't make sense to say you get paid more for killing a proto suit. Or at least enough for it to make a large enough difference to expect to kill 20 guys in proto and get a fat wad of cash. Really if you "Get paid for what you kill", then there wouldn't be any point for me to do anything then just run around and get kills, it would render the having null cannons and an MCC pointless. The only time what you say would, or should, apply would be in an Ambush match. Even then, it would basically make being a logi pointless as you would get paid scraps. I believe that was in regards to Salvage. You get what you destroy. In regards to ISK, that might still be related to WP. Otherwise, Logis would become broke really fast in PCs.
